About This Program
Structural FittingThe objective of this program is to recruit individuals with little to no industrial skills and train them to qualify for entry level welding and fabrication positions in the steel fabrication and ship building industry. This program is heavily supported by Ingalls Ship Building and they generally make job offers to every student that completes the program and hire a significant number of people completing the training.
