About This Program

The Maritime Shipfitting program is 320 hours in length. Trainees will learn Welding Safety Tacking Burning and Cutting Blueprint Reading and math and measurement. Trainees will have the opportunity to gain AWS and National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) credentials. Training Locations: Jackson County Campus Advanced Manufacturing and Technology Center (AMTC) West Harrison County Center George County Center and Perkinston Campus.
