About This Program
The Emergency Medical Technician program provides students with the necessary skills to perform on the job at a local ambulance service fire department police department or hospital. They are trained in professional CPR First Responder Skills patient transport skills and emergency first aid. A student who successfully completes the four month program may sit for the National Registry Exam as an EMT-Basic.
