About This Program
The Welding course prepares students for entry-level employment welding technology. The class covers welding safety Oxyfuel cutting weld quality SMAW (stick welding) basic metal preparation basic fabrication and steel prep. Upon completion participants will possess entry-level skills necessary to enter the workforce based on NCCER Core competencies and Welding Level 1.
