About This Program
Certified Electrocardiograph Technician Program. State approved program and curriculum. In partnership with National Healthcareer Association for curriculum and national certification as CET for students. This program provides specialized training in electrocardiography in accordance with the entry level competencies determined by NHA. The program covers the broad spectrum of electrocardiography the art and science of EKG foundations and applications the basic building blocks of knowledge such as waves complexes lead morphology and rhythms; and the more complex topics including 12-lead EKGs axis hypertrophy myocardial infarction and pacemakers. Students who have former training in EKG may qualify for our accelerated EKG program at a lower cost.
