About This Program
The Maritime Pipewelding class is 300 hours in length. Trainees will learn Welding Safety and are taught techniques to pass the AWS 6G welding test. Trainees must already have experience with structural welding prior to taking this course. These classes will be taught in the evening to allow for upgrade of current structural welders. Trainees will only be accepted upon approval of experience. Training Locations: Jackson County Campus Advanced Manufacturing and Technology Center (AMTC) West Harrison County Center George County Center and Perkinston Campus.
