About This Program
Practical nurses provide general nursing care under the direction of a physician registered nurse or dentist. This twelve-month certificate program prepares students for a career in practical nursing and upon completion of the program enables them to write the National Licensing Council Examination to become credentialed as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
