About This Program
Commercial/Residential Maintenance program is a combination of classroom and hands-on training in maintaining and repairing heating and cooling systems ice machines refrigerators electrical plumbing welding and building components using federal state and local codes and regulations. Students will be able to apply fundamental maintenance skills blueprint reading math and a variety of troubleshooting techniques which comply with regulatory building codes.
