About This Program
The Transition to RN Option Program of Study is designed to assist the licensed practical nurse paramedic and respiratory therapist in mking the transition to registered professional nurse. This option offers a part-time evening and weekend schedule to accommodate the needs of the employed liscensed practical nurse paramedic and respiratory therapist. The required program of study for the paramedic and respiratory therapist includes a nursing skills course. Each Transition to RN Course is 8 weeks in length; this option is designed to be completed in one crear. Credit for previous experience is awarded upon successful completition of the program.
